Gilbane chose McLeod General Trades to work on the $50M JMC Anderson Family Cancer Institute in Jupiter, Florida. The three-story 55,000 square foot state-of-the-art building includes 31 chemotherapy infusion suites on the first floor and second floor with 17 oncology exam rooms.  The institute holds Jupiter Medical Center’s cutting-edge radiation technology, including a TrueBeam® radiotherapy system, which precisely targets and destroys cancer cells while preserving healthy tissue. The TrueBeam system is in addition to existing technologies that include the CyberKnife® M6™, which treat tumors nonsurgically; and electron beam intraoperative therapy (e-IORT), which reduces the number of radiation treatments needed for numerous types of cancer.

Other features include an on-site lab and an outpatient Publix pharmacy on the first floor.
