What We Do

Our team is exceptionally diverse in both talent and experience, but we know one constant truth – that we can’t be excellent at everything. Since we’ve set the bar at the highest level to achieve excellence every time, we understand the importance of being selective on what we truly can deliver to our clients. This isn’t a standard with more than two levels or scores – we’re either passing or failing. This binary metric seems extreme, but that’s what we feel it takes to become the best at our craft and continue to be at the top of our trade. We strive to be the best.

This mindset has birthed what we call our Core Four, which are specific scopes of work within the general trades or specialties arena that we target. These include wall protection, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, and fire specialties. Our Core Four has created a laser focus to be selective on which projects and clients are the right fit. It has also allowed us to develop internal training programs that fine-tune our team to become the best at these Core Four scopes of work.

Wall Protection

Wall protection helps prevent blemishes, scratches, dents, and gouges that compromise structure or aesthetics for rigid sheet vinyl impact wall coverings, handrails, crash rails, bumper guards, and corner guards. Their climate sensitivity requires attention to detail and an extra planning step to allow for a pre-installation acclimation period.

We pride ourselves on being a go-to installer for the big players in the wall protection industry. We’ve created a step-by-step system to get products to the job site, store the material onsite, stock and stage, prepare for installation, install, and then finish or punch out. Our vendor relationships allow us to get the best prices, lead times, and service to pass along to our clients.

Toilet Accessories

Toilet and bath accessories cover a broad range of products, including paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, grab bars, waste receptacles, mirrors, and much more. These items are crucial to the proper, safe, and sanitary function of restroom facilities. Typically made of stainless steel and susceptible to damage if not cared for or installed properly, they must be installed within strict building codes and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) tolerances for heights and locations. Our highly trained installers understand the importance of meeting these requirements and work tirelessly to ensure everything is done right the first time.

Toilet Partitions

A toilet partition system encloses most toilets in public multi-stall bathrooms to provide privacy for those using the toilet, urinal, or shower stall. They are specifically designed and fabricated to fit each unique bathroom configuration and offered in many different material types, although the most common type and configuration for high use commercial public restrooms are floor-mounted headrail-braced panels with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). We are also experienced in the newer, higher-end phenolic or glass full privacy systems, typically a cost premium and found in Class A office spaces and luxury buildings nationwide.

Due to their customized build, attention to detail is required to field measure the space before releasing material into fabrication, as compliance with building code and ADA dictates strict specifications and dimensions. Our team is highly trained to ensure the system is measured correctly to release the order and install the system to look and function properly.

Fire Specialties

Fire specialties materials are any products used for emergency aid, including fire extinguishers, fire extinguisher cabinets, automated external defibrillators (AED) cabinets, emergency key cabinets, and fire valve cabinets. There are many options for type, size, color, style, and fire ratings within each material type. Some products are semi-recessed, so the rough opening sizes and locations must be properly coordinated with our clients and other trades on site. As these are part of the project’s overall life safety plan, correct installation and high integrity are necessary to ensure that these products perform as designed in the case of an emergency.
