Santa Fe College – Blount Center

Downtown Gainesville, FL

The project consists of complete demo of the current buildings to construct a new three story 86,000 square foot building. The campus will house a library, parts of the business program, the entire Information Technology Education department, classrooms, business incubation space, student support and service areas, and a second-floor terrace. The CIED building will occupy some of the first floor of the building, and space will be available for the college to host community events.
